Partner appreciation manager Susan R. Ellis appointed to lead new initiative

Over and above the excellent technical services provided by SNS, active Premium Support customers will now be paired with a partner appreciation representative to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
To lead this new initiative, SNS has appointed Susan R. Ellis as partner appreciation manager. Ellis said: “My singular goal at SNS is to ensure our clients feel highly valued. Premium Support customers will receive proactive, personalized check-ins from their partner appreciation representative quarterly. This elevated approach underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence.
