SNS Elevates Industry-Leading Support With New Benefit For Premium Level Subscribers

Partner appreciation manager Susan R. Ellis appointed to lead new initiative

St. Louis, MO – December 4, 2024 – Studio Network Solutions (SNS) today announced a significant enhancement to its annual Premium Support service. Over and above the excellent technical services provided by SNS, active Premium Support customers will now be paired with a partner appreciation representative to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

To lead this new initiative, SNS has appointed Susan R. Ellis as partner appreciation manager. Ellis said: “My singular goal at SNS is to ensure our clients feel highly valued. Building stronger connections with our Premium Support customers through this enhanced, personalized service is yet one more way for us to show appreciation for our customers. Premium Support customers will receive proactive, personalized check-ins from their partner appreciation representative quarterly. This elevated approach underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence.
