With this joint solution, users can capture multiple SDI streams directly to EVO network shares and make media immediately available to client computers in the workgroup.

Using ingeSTore and EVO in an Avid environment allows users to capture DNxHD media directly from SDI or film scanners to EVO storage, so media no longer has to go through the process of manual encoding before editing. Editors also get native Avid Project, Bin, and media sharing, expansive GbE, and 10GbE connectivity options, and high performance with DNxHD media.

Media will then be made available immediately for post-production via the “edit-while-record” feature of ingeSTore software, which allows teams of editors to access footage as it’s being recorded.
